TSA's Background Investigation Tracking System
For the Transportation Security Administration BestSoft team led the Background Investigation Tracking System (BITS II) system technical development effort using agile methodology framework. Goal was to automate paperwork processing and making business decisions plus provide TSA with a centralized and secure web-based solution using the Oracle 11i e-Business Suite case management. BITS II increased Personnel Security Division’s (PSD) effectiveness in supporting the personnel security and credentialing requirements for all Government, contractor employees or designated private industry personnel within the TSA.
